Implementation Consultant ERP – Norway

Location: Oslo/Moss (Hybrid)

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant who wants to take true ownership of customer journeys and become a long-term partner for our clients.

Your Role

You are the primary contact for our customers, helping them transform how they work. You will:

• Guide customers from the first workshop to a stable "business as usual."

• Translate business goals into a system that actually supports daily operations.

• Provide honest advice on what is needed to succeed—no overselling.

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and fellow consultants in a "no-blame" culture.

What You Will Do

• Workshops & Analysis: Lead sessions to understand current processes and perform fit-gap analyses.

• Implementation: Configure the ERP solution to be as simple as possible, but as advanced as necessary.

• Advisory: Suggest leaner workflows and improved data structures.

• Go-Live Support: Manage system testing, user acceptance, and provide hands-on support during the transition.

• Project Care: Maintain transparent documentation and risk management.

What You Bring

We value potential and mindset as much as your CV. You likely have:

• Experience with ERP implementations or a strong background in finance, operations, or engineering.

• An understanding of manufacturing or construction processes.

• A structured approach to complex tasks and a sense of ownership.

• Confidence in facilitating workshops and communicating with stakeholders.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
