We're on the hunt for a Product Owner who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help shape the future of Spruce, our top tier ERP solution for lumber and building suppliers . You’ll be the heartbeat of a dynamic scrum team, translating visionary concepts into actionable user stories and ensuring every sprint delivers real value.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partner with our Product Managers to tackle complex business challenges and turn them into smart, scalable solutions.
• Write crystal-clear user stories with solid acceptance criteria that guide our development team to success.
• Own and manage the product backlog like a pro—prioritize, plan, and keep everything moving forward.
• Lead Agile ceremonies with energy and purpose—think sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and more.
• Collaborate across teams—engineers, architects, stakeholders, and client-facing teams—to bring ideas to life.
• Be the go-to expert on all things Spruce, helping shape the product roadmap and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Keep a sharp eye on quality, accountability, and timelines to deliver top-notch solutions.
• Showcase the magic—demo new features and functionality to stakeholders with confidence and flair.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Systems Analyst in a tech-driven environment.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies—you live and breathe sprints, stand-ups, and user stories.
• A passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a knack for adopting new tools and processes.
• A sharp, analytical mind with a love for solving problems and sweating the details.
• Stellar communication skills—you can translate tech talk into business speak and vice versa.
• Experience with Business-Driven Development (BDD) and Gherkin syntax? That’s a big plus!
• Bonus points if you’re a Certified Product Owner (CPO) or have SQL chops.
