Senior Manager, Creative Services
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Creative Services who’s equal parts creative leader, innovator, and coach. This is a role for someone who doesn’t just execute but elevates. Someone who can take strong messaging and turn it into visual identities and creative assets that are clear, compelling, and actually stand out.
In this role, you will lead our integrated creative function, ensuring design and video output is cohesive, on-brand, and aligned with business and campaign objectives. You will also oversee the creative production process, ensuring work moves efficiently from concept through delivery. By partnering closely with the content team, product marketing, demand generation, and communications teams, you’ll translate messaging into compelling, consistent creative that drives impact at scale.
A highly talented team of graphic designers will report to the Senior Manager, Creative Services role to deliver connected, campaign-driven work, not just individual assets. A strong emphasis is placed on accelerating speed to market, driving innovation, and increasing creative impact, while coaching the team to build on an already sound foundation.
Through close collaboration with our global Marketing team, subject matter experts, and leadership, you will ensure all creative output is aligned, effective, and reflective of ECI’s brand and business priorities.

Responsibilities
- Lead creative execution acrossvideo, ads, emails, web graphics and images, infographics, eBooks, and more, by partnering with content stakeholders to ensure marketing assets are engaging, and ultimately drive conversions and pipeline.
- Synthesize inputs from writers, designers, and video contributors together to develop integrated, campaign-driven work from concept through execution.
- Ensure consistency in visual identity and brand alignment across all deliverables, even as volume and complexity increase.
- Partner with demand generation, product marketing, web, events, and communications teams to align innovative, creative work with business priorities and campaign goals.
- Oversee the creative production process, partnering closely with a project manager to ensure work is prioritized effectively, flows smoothly, and is delivered efficiently.
- Provide clear direction and early alignment to reduce rework, streamline execution, and improve overall output quality.
- Own and continuously improve the creative production process, ensuring the team can move quickly without sacrificing quality or alignment.
- Bring new ideas, formats, and approaches to the table and challenge us to keep raising the bar.
- Coach, mentor, and develop designers and video contributors through ongoing feedback and skill-building.
- Foster a collaborative, connected creative environment that supports both individual excellence and team success.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working to reduce fragmentation, increase impact, and speed up delivery.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards, company guidelines, and strategic objectives.
Skills and Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in creative or brand roles, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proven experience leading or managing multidisciplinary creative teams (including video and graphic design).
- Strong ability to translate messaging into compelling, engaging creative across multiple channels and formats.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to provide thoughtful, constructive feedback across both copy and design.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and team leadership.
- Experience using AI to improve creative workflows, driving more efficient, scalable ways of working.
- Motivated, self-starter, and eager to make an impact and have fun doing it.
Bonus:
- Experience in the software or technology sector.
- Background in brand, campaign development, or integrated marketing.
- Experience managing projects in Asana or other project management solutions.
