About the Role

ECI Software Solutions is seeking a high-caliber Remote Technical Recruiter for a 12-month contract to support our Engineering and IT organizations in North America. We’re not looking for someone to simply run a process. In this role, you will be the face of ECI for technical talent, responsible for driving the growth of our most critical technical teams through sophisticated sourcing and flawless service delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Proactive Sourcing: Act as a talent scout, utilizing AI tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other networks to identify top-tier talent for Engineering, Cloud, and IT.
• Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Journey: Represent ECI with professionalism and warmth, ensuring every candidate feels valued, informed, and respected at every stage, regardless of the hiring outcome.
• Partner with Purpose: Act as a trusted advisor to our Engineering and Cloud leaders, managing their expectations through clear communication, data-driven insights, and a commitment to quality over quantity.
• Maintain Operational Excellence: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle with extreme attention to detail, ensuring interview loops are seamless, feedback is prompt, and the ATS is always up to date.
• Evangelize the Brand: Effectively communicate ECI's value proposition, engineering AI vision, and culture to attract passive talent in a highly competitive market.

• Elite Sourcing Skills: You are a "hunter" by nature. You have a proven track record of building deep pipelines for complex roles without relying solely on inbound applications.
• Experience in Tech: You have spent significant time recruiting within the Software/SaaS industry and speak the language.
• Service-First Mindset: You pride yourself on providing a "white-glove" experience. You are responsive, proactive, and empathetic toward both candidates and busy hiring managers.
• Strong Communication: You can distill complex hiring needs into compelling outreach and provide concise, valuable updates to stakeholders.
• Adaptability: You thrive in a remote, fast-paced setting and can pivot as hiring priorities evolve over your 12-month tenure. You are curious, not judgmental, and seek to learn and improve.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically for engineering and cloud-focused roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage 10+ active technical requisitions while maintaining high quality-of-hire and candidate satisfaction scores.
• Prior experience in a remote, contract-based capacity is highly preferred.
