Associate Web Specialist

The Associate Website Specialist supports the execution of web production tasks while learning to align team efforts with the broader web strategy. They work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content and web initiatives meet basic quality and geo-localization standards. They have a begining understanding of SEO, GEO, and AEO principles and how they impact web performance and conversion and will use / grow these skills in their everyday production tasks. They will utilize AI skillsets in everyday workflows to gain efficiencies and productivity enhancements.

The ideal person for this role will have a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Is proactive in asking questions and seeking clarity on web strategy. Can follow processes and guidelines accurately. Has basic knowledge or interest in SEO, GEO, and AEO concepts. Is comfortable working with multiple teams and geographies.

The position reports to the Director of Performance Marketing, will have a strong collaboration with a Netherlands counterpart and is expected to work closely with other members of the global web team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating web content publishing and updates across geos and divisions maintaining corporate standards.
  • Ensure links and navigation paths are correct and consistent with geo-localization requirements.
  • Support teams in understanding basic web metrics and content performance.
  • Follow established processes and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Learn to identify when content or processes do not meet quality standards.
  • Communicate updates and changes to relevant teams.
  • Be an active learner to progress skillsets through projects and cross-collaboration.
  • Identify and flag basic CMS bugs or visitor UX friction points to the broader team.
  • Support execution of web campaigns including landing pages, conversion journeys, and product updates.
  • Perform final quality check before go-live, ensuring content accuracy, linking, geo alignment, and SEO standards are met.
  • Apply SEO, GEO, and AEO best practices to content updates and page builds ensuring they are optimized and LLM ready.
  • Support optimization of landing pages with guidance from senior team members.
  • Contribute to creation and maintenance of documentation, checklists, and best practices.
  • Develop an understanding of how users enter, navigate, and convert across the site.

Technologies Supporting the Role:

  • CraftCMS or Wordpress experience
  • Asana (or any project management tool a plus)
  • Google Analytics / Google 360 / Google Data Studio familiarity
  • Canto (or any DAM experience a plus)
  • Localization experience preferred
  • You will learn SEMRush, Screaming Frog, FullSession, Qualified and more

Education:

  • BA or BS in marketing, design or business, or comparable education/experience

Requirements:

  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience in web production or digital marketing.
  • Experience working with growth websites of various sizes and geo-locales.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, GEO, and AEO principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
  • Basic experience or exposure to SEO and digital marketing campaign execution.
  • Understanding how websites support lead generation and conversion is a plus.
