The UX Researcher will lead qualitative research across multiple product teams while contributing to mixed-methods studies that improve product experience, reduce risk, and guide product direction. You’ll work across discovery, usability, problem-space exploration, and strategic initiatives. You’ll also be part of building a foundational research practice that supports product decision-making across the organization, helping teams use evidence to guide roadmaps and strategy.
This is a dynamic, cross-organizational role. You will move between teams, products, and divisions, often operating in areas where expectations are evolving and not fully defined. Success requires strong relationship-building, clear communication, and the ability to influence decisions without direct authority.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead mixed-methods research that combines quantitative rigor with qualitative depth.
- Conduct user interviews, usability studies, and concept evaluations as part of integrated research workflows.
- Design and support surveys or light quant components that complement qualitative learning.
- Interpret behavioral data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Identify research gaps, validate assumptions, and guide early-stage product exploration.
- Partner with PMs, designers, engineers, and leaders across divisions to ensure research insights are understood and applied.
- Communicate proactively when expectations need alignment or when challenges arise, working with the Manager, UX Research to maintain clarity and momentum.
- Help implement tools and processes that capture VoC data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Produce concise, executive-ready research reports that directly support prioritization and strategy.
- Manage shifting priorities across multiple teams and product areas with autonomy and initiative.

- Proven experience in user research, including qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Demonstrated ability to teach and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with a “find the people, ask the questions, make the data” attitude.
- Ability to build trust and influence without formal authority.
- Excellent communication skills for delivering consumable and actionable insights.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s or advanced degree in Psychology, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred
- Experience in ERP, B2B SaaS, or multi-product systems.
- Experience in research ops, frameworks, or enabling distributed research.
