Job Description: Sales Executive – ECI Bolt

Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on the expansion of ECI Bolt—the premier cloud-based scheduling and project management software designed specifically for trade contractors. In this role, you will target subcontractors (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, concrete, etc.) who work directly for homebuilders. Your mission is to help these businesses move away from manual processes and fragmented systems toward a unified solution that streamlines communication, scheduling, and field management.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and prospect high-potential subcontractors within the residential construction ecosystem, specifically those partnering with large-scale homebuilders.
• Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand the unique pain points of trade contractors, such as scheduling conflicts, manual paperwork, and communication gaps between the office and the field.
• Deliver compelling, tailored demonstrations of the ECI Bolt platform, highlighting features like automated scheduling, mobile field access, and seamless integration with homebuilder systems.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent monthly and quarterly quota attainment.
• Collaborate with the implementation and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
• Stay current on residential construction trends and the competitive landscape to position ECI Bolt as the industry standard for trades.

Qualifications
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within the construction technology (ConTech) or ERP space.
• Deep understanding of the subcontractor-homebuilder relationship and the operational challenges faced by trade contractors.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to command a room and influence decision-makers (Owners, VPs of Operations, and Field Managers).
• Self-motivated "hunter" mentality with a disciplined approach to prospecting and pipeline management.
• Ability to translate complex technical features into clear business value and ROI for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience using CRM tools to track activity and forecast accurately. Salesforce is a plus.
