Implementation Consultant – Residential Home Construction (RHC)

ECI is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and hands-on professional to join our Implementation Services team. In this role, you will lead software implementation projects for our Residential Home Construction (RHC) solutions, helping customers successfully adopt and leverage the Insearch platform.

The Implementation Consultant partners closely with customers to configure, deploy, and optimize the Insearch application based on their unique business needs. This role combines project implementation, customer training, and creative design work to deliver engaging digital experiences for home builders and developers.

Experience with single-family home architecture, 3D visualization, and the Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.

Insearch is a full-service digital sales and marketing platform designed to create immersive, transparent, and interactive experiences for home buyers and leasing prospects.

The Insearch Sales Center Software supports both single-family and multi-family housing markets by providing integrated sales center, website, and design center solutions. These tools enable prospective buyers to explore upcoming communities, review home designs, and interact with builders’ projects in a dynamic and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and implementation of the Insearch platform based on customer requirements
• Guide customers through the software implementation process to ensure successful adoption
• Demonstrate product functionality and capabilities to customers throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Deliver customized training sessions aligned with customers’ business operations and workflows
• Mentor and advise customers on best practices to maximize the value of the platform
• Manage and develop visual assets using the Adobe Creative Suite for interactive applications, videos, brochures, and marketing materials
• Support the creation and implementation of interactive digital experiences including:
  • Interactive floor plans
  • Virtual tours
  • Interior and exterior configurators / visualizers
• Collaborate with developers and internal teams to ensure design assets are optimized for digital platforms while maintaining visual quality
• Work with web-based applications to help customers manage and maintain their interactive software environments

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Background in graphic design, industrial design, digital media, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools)
• Experience working with web-based applications and digital platforms
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with strong initiative and attention to detail
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D rendering or visualization tools
• Familiarity with CSS, JavaScript, or other front-end technologies
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana
• Familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams
• Knowledge of the residential home construction or home building industry
