We are seeking an Account Manager to take full commercial ownership of a defined portfolio of Office Technology partners operating within the e-automate ecosystem. This role is built for a consultative, strategic sales professional who understands how complex, service-driven businesses operate and can align technology investments to meaningful, long-term business outcomes.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with executive leadership and business owners to modernize operations, enable their workforce, and evolve their technology platforms to support sustainable growth. Success is driven by insight, credibility, and sound judgment—not transactional pressure. This position is ideal for someone who values autonomy, thinks strategically, and thrives with true ownership.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the commercial performance of a defined territory of existing e-automate customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business objectives, including service delivery, profitability, technician workflow, inventory management, and digital enablement.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor by aligning solutions across the e-automate ecosystem to customer operational and commercial needs.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities, leading modernization initiatives such as cloud hosting and adoption of productivity-enhancing technologies.
  • Guide customers through on-premises vs. cloud hosting decisions based on scalability, security, performance, and long-term impact.
  • Create and execute account plans focused on sustainable expansion rather than short-term transactions.
  • Partner closely with solution consultants, sales engineers, and sales leadership to drive customer success.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account visibility in Salesforce CRM.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through consistent value delivery.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or strategic account roles.
  • Proven success in consultative, outcome-driven sales environments.
  • Experience engaging C-level executives and business owners.
  • Understanding of service-driven or recurring-revenue businesses (ERP or operational software preferred).
  • Strong account planning, pipeline discipline, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and sound commercial judgment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
